Mr. Asava Kadima is the General Manager, Human Resource and Administration. Mr. Kadima is a Human Resource practitioner with 20 years’ experience in the private and public service sectors. Prior to joining Kenya Railways, he served in senior management positions at Sian Agriflora Limited and Oldonyo Laro Estates Limited.

He holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Egerton University. He has undertaken various training courses including Certified Balance Scorecard Professional from Balance Scorecard Institute in South Africa, Finance for non-finance Managers from Hammond Tutu and Gunter, Project Management from KPMG and World Bank procurement procedures from the World Bank. Mr. Kadima is a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) as well as a member of Professional Trainers of Kenya.
