An expert in Public Policy and Administration, Nancy serves as an independent Director of the Kenya Railways Board since May 2023. She has previously served as a member of the County Assembly of Uasin Gishu.

She is passionate about talent management, guidance and counselling, and has a proven ability in driving change for improved performance within organizations.

Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, both from Kenyatta University. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenya Polytechnic University.
