Mr. Stanley Gitari is an advocate of the High Court and has served in several capacities in the legal department and previously served in the State Law office.

He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of good standing of the Law Society of Kenya and a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association.
